MyOme Joins Mayo Clinic Platform_Accelerate Cohort to Advance Preventative Care

Access to De-Identified Clinical Data Will Help MyOme Scale Its Artificial Intelligence Solutions

Menlo Park, Calif., August 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MyOme, Inc., a leader in whole-genome analysis and polygenic risk scores, today announced its entry into Mayo Clinic Platform_Accelerate, an initiative that supports healthcare innovators to validate and scale artificial intelligence (AI) based solutions using rich, de-identified clinical data sets.

Through the program, MyOme will:

• Validate and improve IRM performance across over 20 rare and common conditions by leveraging rich, longitudinal five-year de-identified dataset of approximately 3 million patients.
• Incorporate its deep-learning-based techniques to boost risk prediction accuracy and timeliness, helping to surface risk years before disease manifestation–at the time when disease can be prevented or onset delayed.
• Generate evidence to support reimbursement pathways to drive equitable access to genomics-based screening.

As part of the Mayo Clinic_Platform Accelerate cohort, we will gain access to high quality clinical data, giving us an ideal springboard to refine our next-generation of integrated risk models (IRMs) that combine deep medical histories and genomics, says Dr. Akash Kumar, MD, PhD, Chief Medical and Science Officer at MyOme.
