Financial Assistance with MyOme Access
Removing Barriers, Enabling Answers
At MyOme, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality genetic testing—without financial barriers standing in the way. To honor this belief and make testing more accessible to those who need it most, we offer flexible billing options, including our financial assistance plan: MyOme Access.
MyOme Access supports eligible patients by reducing out-of-pocket costs based on household income and family size. Each application is thoughtfully reviewed on a case-by-case basis with empathy, discretion, and a deep commitiment to equitable care.

Check Your Eligibility and Apply
Our MyOme Access application features a built-in cost estimator that lets you check your eligibility for financial assistance and get an estimate* of your out-of-pocket (OOP) cost upfront, based on household size and income details that you provide. You can use the cost estimator at any time, even if you don’t yet have a test ordered or are not ready to apply.
To apply for MyOme Access, your healthcare provider must have already ordered your test. If you have a test order in place and the cost estimator shows you're eligible with an acceptable OOP, you can then complete and submit the application. Each submission will be carefully reviewed by the MyOme team.
*Please note: This is only an estimate. Final costs may vary based on your specific insurance coverage, MyOme Access eligibility, and other factors.
